What you’ll do
Lead requirements discovery and scoping for manager-fee billing initiative
Centralize, standardize, and automate manager-fee billing processes
Conduct process and data analysis to support technical design
Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions
Support implementation planning for financial systems transformations
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex enterprise technology or financial systems initiatives
Independently lead requirements gathering, business-process analysis, and cross-functional working sessions
Experience with billing, revenue processing, accounting, or financial systems
Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, interface requirements, and data mapping
Experience developing functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or unrestricted U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
