About the role

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end design of the mobile-first Modo platform from discovery through launch and iteration
• Improve player experiences through UX and UI design
• Prototype ideas and design interactive elements such as motion, sound, and haptics
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Evaluate design decisions using feedback, testing, and product metrics

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work owned end to end
• Sharp UX and UI fundamentals across hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and interaction design
• Strong Figma skills and experience using Claude Code or Codex to prototype and solve problems
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive work without constant oversight
• Knowledge of frontend basics, responsive design, design systems, and styling within an existing codebase
• Clear communicator who gives and takes feedback well and works during overlapping team hours
