What you’ll do
Lead hands-on software development and technical delivery for client projects
Architect solutions for complex, large-scale distributed systems
Mentor and support consultants on the team

Develop systems supporting global liquidity and capital flow
Drive adoption of agentic AI-based SDLC practices
What you’ll need
Experience leading a scrum team of 2–5 engineers, setting goals and providing feedback
Experience designing large-scale distributed systems, ideally high-throughput and near-real-time
Experience driving adoption of agentic AI-based SDLC, quality gates, and knowledge bases
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field
Curiosity about finance and capital markets; prior financial services experience a plus
