About the role
Cynosure is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to partner with business teams and deliver AI and automation solutions on Microsoft's enterprise ecosystem, taking initiatives from discovery through production deployment and measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI and automation opportunities
Lead solutions from discovery and prototyping through governed production deployment
Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft enterprise AI and automation tools
Develop secure, governed integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems
Enable adoption through training, documentation, and demonstrations
Measure business outcomes including adoption, efficiency, quality, and impact
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI platform
Experience working with business stakeholders from discovery through value measurement
Hands-on knowledge of generative AI, RAG, agents, workflow automation, APIs, and evaluation methods
Strong communication, consulting, and change-management skills
