About the role

What you’ll do
Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable technology products
Support team adoption of responsible AI-assisted engineering practices
Deliver system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Lead effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools
Coach engineers on safe, compliant AI adoption within delivery practices
Ensure adherence to resiliency and security expectations
What you’ll need
8+ years applied experience with formal software engineering training or certification
Expertise in Core Java, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Experience with messaging platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
Familiarity with web technologies like Node/ReactJS and Electron
Proficiency in SDLC, agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud-native development
Understanding of responsible AI use and financial services IT systems
