About the role

What you’ll do

• Support data quality, analysis, and reporting across client-facing and internal technology projects
• Improve workflows through automation, AI, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Clean, normalize, reconcile, and validate data from multiple sources while preserving accuracy and traceability
• Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, forms, reports, dashboards, formulas, and automated workflows
• Document workflow logic, field mappings, assumptions, exceptions, and repeatable procedures clearly
• Manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and work with minimal direction in a remote environment

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, information systems, statistics, finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Professional experience in data analysis, reporting, data operations, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and related workflow tools, including building and supporting Power Automate flows
• Experience building or maintaining Smartsheet sheets, forms, reports, dashboards, formulas, and automated workflows
• Demonstrated ability to clean, normalize, reconcile, and validate data from multiple sources and document workflow logic, assumptions, and exceptions
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, self-directed environment
