What you’ll need
3+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience at a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
Track record closing software engineers and engineering leaders in competitive markets
Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
Technical fluency to discuss stacks, systems, and work
Hands-on experience with a modern ATS (Ashby preferred) and AI tools like Claude
