About the role
GSK seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to lead AI and digital products for Patient Services across CRM, portals, and apps, owning product strategy and end-to-end delivery to improve patient and provider experiences. The role requires deep healthcare and AI/ML experience.
What you’ll do
Own product strategy and end-to-end delivery for AI and digital products in Patient Services
Ensure solutions are governed, adopted, and deliver measurable improvements to patient and provider experiences
Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and technology investment recommendations
Lead technology implementation projects through delivery and production deployment
Translate business needs into digital, technology, or business transformation initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and user experience/product design teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data science, public health, life sciences, or related field
8+ years in life sciences, specialty pharmacy, hub services, telehealth, digital health, or related healthcare environments
3+ years developing digital solutions for patient services teams, healthcare providers, or patient engagement programs
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or comparable CRM platform
Experience leading technology implementation projects in regulated healthcare environments
Hands-on experience building and operating agentic AI or LLM-based workflows in production
