5+ years in wholesale retail planning, forecasting, or related field
Hands-on experience building retail ladder plans for major retailers like Walmart and Target
Strong understanding of retail planning concepts (POS, inventory, weeks of supply, shrink, markdowns, open to buy)
Strong Excel skills and comfort with large datasets
Financial fluency in how forecast changes affect revenue and gross profit
Experience with AI tools such as Claude is highly preferred
