About the role

What you’ll do
Manage server, storage, network, and security systems
Integrate new tools
Support teams across the studio
Resolve technical issues from intake through resolution
Manage support queue alongside infrastructure projects

What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator role
Experience administering Windows, macOS, and Linux in a mixed environment
Experience configuring network devices such as switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Experience with identity and access management (SSO, directory services, MFA)
Experience evaluating tools/vendors and writing technical documentation
Familiarity with BibleProject's videos, podcasts, or other resources
