About the role
Integrity Trade Services seeks an HR Generalist for a food manufacturing client in East Chicago, Indiana, to support employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, HR compliance, employee engagement, and backup benefits and payroll administration. This onsite, full-time role requires at least three years of HR experience and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
What you’ll do
Support employee relations and address employee concerns
Assist with workplace investigations and corrective actions
Support full-cycle recruiting and employee onboarding
Maintain HR compliance with employment laws and regulations
Support employee engagement and attendance management
Provide backup benefits administration and payroll processing
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations
Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employee onboarding
Working understanding of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA
Experience with HRIS platforms; Paycom preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
