What you’ll do
Design AI tools for labor planning, budgeting, staffing, and operational decisions
Ensure explainability, human oversight, and user control in AI features
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science in agile teams
Create user-centered designs for complex enterprise applications and workflow systems
Develop interactive prototypes and design system components
Measure trust, adoption, and acceptance of AI recommendations
What you’ll need
4 to 6 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or related field
At least 2 years designing AI-powered products or features shipped to real users
Experience designing complex enterprise applications and workflow systems
Experience shipping enterprise SaaS products
Strong grasp of human-in-the-loop design, explainable AI, interaction design, and information architecture
Hands-on skill with Figma, FigJam, interactive prototyping, and design systems
