About the role
Manage alliantgroup's technology apprenticeship program, overseeing the apprentice experience from demand planning and recruiting through onboarding, mentorship, project execution, and completion. Drive continuous improvement of program processes and outcomes.
What you’ll do
Build and operate the technology apprenticeship program
Oversee apprentice experience from demand planning through completion
Manage multiple activities, schedules, stakeholders, and deadlines
Develop processes and identify inefficiencies
Mentor and support individuals at different experience levels
Organize presentations, showcase events, and leadership review sessions
What you’ll need
5+ years coordinating or managing programs, projects, or training initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience in software development, IT, technology, data, or AI-focused organization
Familiarity with university recruiting or technical apprenticeship programs
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Teams, or SharePoint
