About the role
Technergetics seeks an Intelligence Solutions Portfolio Lead to establish and grow a business unit serving Intelligence Community customers in Utica, NY. This onsite leadership role combines business strategy, customer development, team and program oversight, and secure facility development.
What you’ll do
Establish and grow a business unit serving Intelligence Community customers
Develop and execute business strategy and customer development
Oversee teams and programs with budget accountability
Lead development of secure facilities and classified operations
Translate advanced R&D capabilities into customer-relevant solutions
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, AI, ML, physics, cybersecurity, business, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience supporting IC or comparable national security customers
Demonstrated experience leading growth of a business unit, program, or line of business with budget accountability
Experience in classified operations and secure facility requirements, including planning, build-out, or accreditation
Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one, with SCI eligibility; U.S. citizenship required
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), and facility security standards
