About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead Program Executives and complex hybrid, multi-platform transformation portfolios
• Advise client executives and shape transformation roadmaps
• Oversee governance and portfolio execution
• Drive financial performance, resource planning, and consistent delivery practices
• Establish, mature, and scale governance models, executive routines, quality controls, and delivery standards
• Drive automation, reusable delivery assets, knowledge sharing, quality metrics, and AI-enabled productivity

What you’ll need

• 15+ years leading enterprise technology transformation, migration, modernization, or managed services programs
• 10+ years of senior leadership in enterprise IT, consulting, transformation delivery, engineering, development, or large-scale migration environments
• Experience leading senior transformation delivery organizations and delivery leaders in complex environments
• Experience managing financial performance including revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and P&L oversight
• Strong executive relationship management and communication skills with C-level and board-level credibility
• Proven resource planning and governance scaling across large hybrid transformation portfolios
