About the role
Ingersoll Rand seeks a Product Management Excellence Leader to design and scale the product management and NPD operating model for its Precision Technologies business unit, while coaching talent and building PM capability across the organization.
What you’ll do
Design the Product Management and NPD operating model
Coach talent and build product management capability through structured mentorship
Scale product management excellence across the organization
Drive transitions from project-based delivery to outcomes-driven product operating models
Champion organizational change with stakeholders and executive presence
What you’ll need
8+ years of Product Management experience
At least 3 years leading teams and building PM capability
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
