What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in ecommerce product management, site management, or digital product roles for B2C brands with hands-on DTC experience
Deep working knowledge of Shopify Plus, including themes, checkout, apps, and platform limits; has run a Shopify roadmap
Has launched a DTC site or led a major rebuild and owned it through launch and after
Has run a conversion program with real tests using GA4, Shopify analytics, testing tools, and session recordings
Writes requirements that developers and agencies can build from without a meeting
Working knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals and lead capture on a DTC site
