About the role
DataLab USA seeks an IT Systems Analyst I to support the company's computing, server, network, and phone systems, provide technical support, and help maintain secure, documented IT processes. This hybrid role requires 1–3 years of IT support experience and technical knowledge spanning Windows, networking, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.

What you’ll need
1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop management, or systems administration
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
Technical proficiency in Windows 11/Server administration, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switching and routing protocols
Understanding of Windows, Red Hat Linux, macOS, networking, and virtualization
Experience with Active Directory, MDM tools such as Intune and LogMeIn, endpoint security solutions, and cybersecurity fundamentals
CompTIA Security+ certification or in progress; familiarity with JIRA, remote support tools, and scripting is a plus
