What you’ll do
Own Salesforce operations, governance, and enablement across the commercial organization
Ensure data integrity and drive user adoption
Prioritize requests and coordinate with IT and developers
Deliver platform improvements and system enhancements
Support UAT and release management
Manage CRM governance and prioritization frameworks
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field
4-7+ years in CRM administration, business operations, or CRM enablement
Experience with CRM configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation
Veeva or CRM platform experience required
Experience supporting UAT, release management, and system enhancements with IT or development
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Coupa, and Ironclad
