About the role

What you’ll do
Coach and guide technical and non-technical teams in delivering quality solutions
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Support collaboration with product owners and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and delivery of business value
Remove impediments and keep teams focused on delivering value
Manage multiple teams concurrently through 12-week cycle planning
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 4 years of ScrumMaster experience required
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required
Expertise in iterative planning and execution techniques such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall, and Lean
Strong servant leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and collaboratively to solve problems and drive improvement
