About the role

What you’ll do

• Coordinate development, manufacturing readiness, and launch of datacenter server and rack systems
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews and optimize designs for manufacturing
• Manage Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes and implement design updates in production
• Create and maintain engineering documentation and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Lead meetings, coordinate multiple teams, and drive projects to completion

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year relevant industry experience in product development engineering or closely related hardware engineering role
• Hands-on experience guiding products from concept through development and production
• Familiarity with server architectures or rack-level hardware systems and their components
• Experience with DFM reviews, ECO processes, PCBA manufacturing, and BOM/documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to lead meetings and drive projects
