What you’ll do
Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Enterprise Rights Management
Oversee implementation and evolution of the Rights Management System
Manage and develop a team of product managers
Partner with business and technology teams on integrated data, workflow automation, and responsible AI capabilities
Track delivery and maintain clear communication across product, engineering, and business teams
Communicate risks early and drive decisions to closure
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Data Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of progressive product management or technology product leadership experience
2+ years of direct people-management and coaching experience
Experience leading complex enterprise product portfolios or large-scale technology transformations
Technical fluency with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and enterprise platform teams, plus SaaS, APIs, data platforms, cloud, and workflow automation
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
