About the role
Capital One is seeking an individual-contributor senior technical recruiter to join its Enterprise AI Talent Acquisition team, focused on sourcing and closing specialized AI, machine learning, and data science talent. The role advises senior engineering leaders and develops competitive recruiting strategies.
What you’ll do
Source, engage, and close specialized AI, ML, applied research, and data science talent
Advise senior engineering leaders on recruiting strategy
Develop competitive recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
Negotiate complex offer packages including base, bonuses, and equity
Use advanced sourcing methods to engage non-passive AI practitioners
Drive high offer acceptance rates in competitive talent pools
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 7 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, with 5+ years in high-growth enterprise, Big Tech, or executive search
At least 2 years of dedicated AI, machine learning, applied research, or advanced data science recruiting
At least 2 years negotiating complex offer packages in high-tech or financial services
Proven track record with advanced sourcing methods and 60%+ offer acceptance rates
Deep familiarity with NYC and East Coast technology and research talent ecosystems
