About the role
ŌURA seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee global fixed assets, capital expenditures, lease accounting, and SOX compliance, working remotely. The role requires deep US GAAP expertise and experience with Tier-1 ERP systems.
What you’ll do
Own global capital asset and facility investment accounting
Manage internally developed software capitalization
Ensure accurate financial reporting and SOX compliance
Design scalable processes and evaluate accounting systems
Partner cross-functionally on CAPEX workflows
Support broader Corporate Accounting initiatives
What you’ll need
6–8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
4+ years dedicated to fixed assets, CAPEX, leasehold improvements, capitalized software, and ASC 842
Deep proficiency in US GAAP (ASC 360, ASC 350-40, ASC 842)
Experience with real estate transactions and lease accounting
Proven track record of designing and executing SOX internal controls
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA required
