Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN) and security practices
Experience with or ability to learn ITSM/ticketing systems, remote support tools, and endpoint management
Strong customer service, communication, time management, and teamwork skills
