About the role
CEI is hiring a Senior Product Manager for a contract role to drive digital guest experience products. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, launch solutions, and optimize customer-facing digital journeys.
What you’ll do
Lead strategy, development, and delivery of digital customer-facing products
Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders
Define and prioritize product roadmaps
Guide products from concept through launch
Gather requirements and define MVPs
Manage backlogs using Jira and Confluence
What you’ll need
5+ years of product management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field
Experience with eCommerce, booking, reservation, or payment systems
Knowledge of customer-facing web and mobile applications
Experience with digital analytics tools
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
