About the role
Smartsheet is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead large, transformative enterprise projects for strategic customers, advising clients and coordinating cross-functional delivery. The role supports presales and forecasting while driving successful implementation outcomes and customer satisfaction within the Customer Excellence and Professional Services team.
What you’ll do

Maintain expert-level scope control for fixed-fee engagements
What you’ll need
4+ years of customer-facing professional experience, ideally at a Software or SaaS provider
At least 2 years of enterprise-level Project and Program Management experience
2+ years leading customer-facing engagements in the enterprise space
Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude) for drafting, analysis, and process design
Experience with modern services deployment methodologies and formal project management tools
Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
