About the role
Humana seeks an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead AI product development from discovery through governed production, coordinating cross-functional teams and scaling AI solutions across the business.
What you’ll do
Lead an AI product area from business discovery and evaluation through governed production delivery
Design, prototype, and scale AI solutions across the business
Coordinate cross-functional teams
Drive product strategy and results
Build business cases, ROI models, and roadmaps to inform investment decisions
Prototype ideas and articulate desired changes to model behavior
What you’ll need
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of product experience, including 4+ years in product management with AI/ML or GenAI products shipped to production
Regularly uses AI tools, prototypes own ideas, and can articulate desired changes to model behavior
Built evals including golden sets, ground truth, offline/live evals, and uses precision/recall-based metrics
Working understanding of modern AI/ML and GenAI: LLMs, agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation methodology
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry; hands-on with agent frameworks, GraphRAG/knowledge graphs, and reusable skills/plugins
