About the role
Sophos is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive adoption and growth of its Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) product, owning strategy, development, and go-to-market execution. The role translates customer needs, threat research, and telemetry into AI-powered product priorities.
What you’ll do
Own EDR product strategy, technical development, and go-to-market execution
Translate customer needs, threat research, telemetry, and business goals into product priorities
Develop AI-powered experiences for endpoint security
Define product-market fit with engineering, threat research, and customer-facing teams
Execute go-to-market plans and launch priorities
What you’ll need
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in cybersecurity or endpoint security
Demonstrated success taking technical products from strategy through launch and measurable impact
Strong understanding of EDR workflows including detections, investigations, threat hunting, and response
AI-first product management skills using AI for discovery, prioritization, and operations
Fluency across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint platforms
Clear executive communication and ability to explain technical trade-offs
