About the role
Lead complex defense and aerospace programs in a hardware manufacturing environment, overseeing program delivery, financial and contract management, customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination. What you’ll do
Own program delivery, financial and contract management
Manage customer engagement and business development support
Coordinate across engineering, operations, and supply chain
Ensure contractor accountability and negotiation with supply base
Organize, schedule, budget, and coordinate work phases
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of program management in defense and/or aerospace industry
Proven track record managing complex government contracts and public procurement frameworks
Extensive experience in DoW environment with understanding of FAR, DFARS
Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance
Strong knowledge of AS9100 Rev D and manufacturing processes
