About the role
Brooksource is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead enterprise AI products end-to-end, from vision and roadmap through deployment and optimization. The role coordinates cross-functional teams while ensuring AI quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do
Define product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes for enterprise AI products
Own products from discovery through deployment and optimization
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, data science, UX, and business teams
Ensure AI quality, governance, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
7+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Program Management
Experience leading AI, machine learning, conversational AI, or Generative AI initiatives from concept to production
Strong understanding of AI product development including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, model evaluation, and AI governance
Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery teams in Agile environments
Experience in highly regulated industries and familiarity with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and AI governance frameworks
