What you’ll need
15+ years in business development, vertical strategy, or market leadership within or serving the Data Center industry
Deep understanding of Data Center market dynamics including hyperscalers, colocations, Neo Clouds, AI Factory operators, regulations, and technology trends
Strong knowledge of building technologies and digital platforms such as BMS, EPMS, fire safety, security, and digital twins
Proven track record of defining and executing strategies with measurable commercial outcomes
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Excellent communicator and presenter in English
