About the role
Unanet is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead CRM implementation and advisory engagements for AEC organizations, connecting business goals with practical Unanet CRM solutions. The role combines strategic consulting, hands-on delivery leadership, and client adoption support.
What you’ll do
Lead CRM implementations and integrated solutions to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders across business development, marketing, operations, finance, and IT
Facilitate discovery workshops and assess current-state CRM and business-development processes
Translate business needs into requirements, solution options, configuration decisions, risks, and delivery plans
Guide solution design, configuration, data migration, and integrations alongside technical specialists
Support organizational readiness, adoption, training, and value realization
What you’ll need
5+ years in business consulting, professional services, software implementation, or organizational transformation
Experience leading CRM or enterprise software implementations with responsibility for project outcomes and client relationships
Strong business-process analysis, requirements definition, and future-state design skills
Ability to lead executive and cross-functional workshops and communicate recommendations clearly
Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple projects
Willingness to travel up to 25% annually
