About the role
SuperAnnotate is hiring its first Talent Engineer to design and own the AI-driven recruiting engine for SME Careers' global expert workforce, covering sourcing, screening, outreach, workflow integrations, and reporting. The role combines recruiting operations with engineering and automation expertise to scale recruiting from scratch.
What you’ll do
Design and own the recruiting engine for SME Careers' global expert workforce
Build and operate AI sourcing, screening, and outreach systems
Develop workflow integrations and reporting systems
Partner with talent team and engineering to scale recruiting
Build recruiting function from scratch
Ensure data integrity and long-term maintainability of automations
What you’ll need
3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting operations
Experience recruiting high-volume contractor, freelance, or gig workforces
Hands-on experience with AI sourcing/outreach tools (Juicebox, hireEZ, Gem)
Programming/scripting experience with Python or JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
Track record of building automations or workflows that run reliably
Experience building software with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
