About the role
USAA is seeking a Mid-Level Identity Product Manager to drive enterprise identity proofing and fraud prevention strategies within Member Protection, delivering risk-tiered identity capabilities across the member lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Support enterprise identity proofing and assurance strategy
Deliver risk-tiered identity capabilities across the member lifecycle
Contribute to roadmap strategy and translate regulatory requirements into product decisions
Partner with architecture and engineering teams to deliver governed, reusable capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external regulatory agencies
Identify and analyze identity fraud risks, patterns, and program gaps
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience
4 years of operations experience in financial services, fraud, AML, compliance, risk, audit, or related
Experience supporting product development for regulated enterprise-scale capability
Working knowledge of identity-related regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
