About the role
One Alliance North America is seeking a Personal Lines Property Product Manager to lead property product development, pricing, coverage, and underwriting across assigned territories. The role oversees staff, coordinates strategy, regulatory filings, implementation, and training while collaborating across teams.
What you’ll do
Oversee property product development, pricing, coverage, and underwriting
Lead staff and coordinate product strategy and analysis
Manage regulatory filings and product implementation
Gather market intelligence and communicate findings
Develop and modify insurance products
Train staff on product processes and best practices
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years in personal lines product development or related field
CPCU designation or equivalent required
Experience writing and implementing underwriting guidelines
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Recent personal property experience in FL, TX, SC, AZ, NV, CA, HI, or NC preferred
