About the role
NinjaOne is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own its MSP billing product, defining the vision, roadmap, and billing capabilities that support MSPs from quoting through reconciliation and accounting. The role requires deep first-hand MSP billing experience and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, finance, and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Own the MSP billing product vision and roadmap
Define billing capabilities and requirements
Deliver integrations and billing workflows for MSPs
Support billing processes from quoting through reconciliation and accounting
Work across teams to drive features from concept to launch
Use customer feedback and data to inform product decisions
What you’ll need
First-hand MSP billing experience
5+ years in the MSP or IT services industry touching billing
Experience configuring and managing PSA tools such as ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, or HaloPSA
Deep understanding of MSP billing, accounting, and cost structures
Experience with distributor APIs such as Pax8
Product management experience with B2B SaaS
