What you’ll do
Lead strategic, cross-functional security programs
Establish consistent program-management practices across the security organization
Define multi-year roadmaps and operationalize quarterly goals
Drive alignment and accountability across competing priorities
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to connect security risk reduction and business priorities
Mentor TPMs and lead a TPM community of practice
What you’ll need
10+ years driving large-scale technical programs across engineering, security, and product organizations
Deep technical fluency in cloud/infrastructure security, IAM, product security, resilience, or enterprise architecture
Proven ability to define multi-year roadmaps and operationalize goals
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience building or scaling security programs in high-growth tech/SaaS companies
Experience with secure SDLC, threat modeling, vulnerability management, or compliance programs
