About the role
Thrivent is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer for its Asset Management digital experience team to lead discovery, design, and delivery of web and mobile experiences, including user research, prototyping, and design system development. The role collaborates cross-functionally and requires strong visual and interaction design expertise.
What you’ll do
Lead discovery, design, and delivery for web and mobile experiences
Conduct user research and usability testing
Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries
Create prototypes, mockups, and style guides

What you’ll need
Portfolio of work samples demonstrating design work and original approaches
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Digital Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field
5+ years of experience as an interaction designer, UI designer, or similar role
Expert-level proficiency with UX design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong visual design skills including typography, animation, iconography, color, and composition
Experience with atomic design systems, pattern libraries, and designing for web, tablet, and mobile
