What you’ll do

Support technology delivery and business process improvement
Create process flows, workflow diagrams, user stories, and functional documentation
Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and project managers
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years in an IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
Strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis methodologies
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Ability to create process flows, workflow diagrams, user stories, and functional documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
