What you’ll need
5+ years of progressive experience in technology, product management, digital transformation, or related disciplines
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
Experience delivering technology solutions that improve how people work, learn, grow, or engage
Strong practical AI skills including generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI agents
Strong data literacy and product ownership across the full lifecycle in Agile environments
Eligible to work in the U.S. immediately; no visa sponsorship
