LinkedIn seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the next generation of development infrastructure, improving R&D productivity and developer experiences in a hybrid Bellevue, WA role.
What you’ll do
Envision and build the next generation of development infrastructure
Enhance productivity and developer experience for R&D teams
Lead strategic investments in developer tools and infrastructure
Define technical strategy and roadmaps in a clear, actionable manner
Coach and mentor fellow engineers in their careers
What you’ll need
BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or related practical experience
7+ years of programming experience in Java, C++, C#, or similar languages
7+ years of experience building large-scale distributed applications
3+ years of experience building developer infrastructure and services, including CI/CD platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and build/test systems
