About the role
The Safety Trainer will develop and deliver fintech safety training for X Money, translating financial regulations into instructional modules and onboarding employees. The role also maintains materials, measures training effectiveness, and collaborates with support, fraud, and compliance teams to strengthen platform safety.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in education/instructional design OR 3+ years technical training/mentoring in corporate, financial, or fintech environment
Eligible for U.S. export control authorizations (U.S. citizen/national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee)
Expertise in designing and scaling agent training programs
Fintech domain knowledge: digital payments, blockchain, credit analysis, or banking software
Proficiency in instructional design models, LMS/CRM tools, and content authoring software (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
Strong data analytics, project/program management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
