About the role
Resolve Tech Solutions is looking for a mid-level Product Manager to support the POS Hardware team in delivering reliable, scalable point-of-sale solutions for retail stores, bridging store and franchisee needs with hardware, software, payment, and operational capabilities.
What you’ll do
Manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Operations, and Vendors
Oversee product delivery, testing, pilots, and store rollouts
Connect store and franchisee needs with hardware, software, and payment capabilities
Support checkout and store execution initiatives
Ensure reliable and scalable POS solutions
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis
Experience with Retail POS systems (hardware and/or software)
Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence
Understanding of POS devices such as payment terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and cash registers
Good understanding of APIs, integrations, payment systems, and POS transaction flows
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
