About the role
Decagon is seeking an experienced Agent Product Manager to own delivery and adoption of conversational AI solutions for enterprise customers, acting as a technical and strategic partner from engagement through production.
What you’ll do
Own delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for strategic customers
Serve as technical and strategic partner from initial engagement to production
Design and build the actual solution, not just diagnose problems
Collaborate closely with engineers and executives on AI agent design
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning trust of senior executives
A builder's instinct with hands-on solution design and implementation
Strong technical acumen to shape AI agent designs and hold technical conversations
Executive presence and track record of becoming a trusted advisor at large organizations
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent technical experience
