About the role

What you’ll do
Lead hands-on transformation engagements for portfolio accounting firms
Diagnose performance issues and develop improvement plans
Drive execution across EBITDA, margins, cash flow, and organizational effectiveness
Manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives from diagnosis through implementation
Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Improve realization, utilization, leverage, WIP, and working-capital dynamics
What you’ll need
8+ years in restructuring, performance improvement, transaction advisory, transformation, or operations leadership
Demonstrated experience leading business transformations or turnarounds with measurable EBITDA, margin, or working-capital improvement
Strong financial acumen and fluency in P&L analysis and operational performance metrics
Experience personally leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives from diagnosis through implementation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Alvarez & Marsal, AlixPartners, FTI Consulting, Big Four advisory, or comparable performance-improvement organization
