About the role
Walker & Dunlop is hiring an AVP, Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered agentic workflow solutions, partnering with business leaders to prototype, productionize, and measure their impact.
What you’ll do
Identify and develop AI-powered workflow solutions
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to prototype solutions
Guide solutions from prototype into production
Measure business impact of delivered solutions
Collaborate with software engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
Manage products across the full lifecycle
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of product management experience delivering AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions into production
Experience managing products from discovery through implementation and adoption
Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows
Ability to independently prototype AI-enabled solutions using modern AI development tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
