About the role
BeyondTrust is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to design and maintain scalable cloud platform services for identity security, focusing on reliability, observability, and infrastructure automation.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices for platform-wide capabilities
Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems using Datadog
Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
Optimize deployment pipelines to improve reliability and developer efficiency
Participate in operational reviews, post-mortems, and reliability initiatives
Provide technical leadership in system design, architecture, and best practices
What you’ll need
Proven experience delivering enterprise-ready, cloud-based systems
Strong proficiency in C#, Go, or Java
Deep understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native application design
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tooling
Hands-on experience with Datadog, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools
