About the role
This role leads the development, integration, and optimization of automated nondestructive testing inspection technologies to improve defect detection, quality, throughput, and digital transformation in aerospace manufacturing.
What you’ll do
Lead development and integration of automated NDT inspection technologies
Optimize automated inspection processes for defect detection
Improve product quality and throughput
Drive digital transformation across inspection and automation processes
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation Engineering, NDT Technology, or related field
3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in high-volume production
Hands-on experience with NDT (FPI, PT, X-Ray RT) and ADR technologies
Proficiency in programming robotics and industrial automation hardware
NDT Level II or III certification in one or more modalities
Legal authorization to work in the United States
