About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in product/project management, application development, or business systems analysis
Experience managing enterprise or learning-technology applications (LMS preferred)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver strategic initiatives
Strong technical aptitude with application ecosystems, architectures, and integrations
Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Power Automate, Jira, and Confluence
